The reason I really liked this art work is because it reminds me of one of my favorite place's in the world.  It really reminds me of the North Shore and I love it up there.  If anyone has been there they should know exactly what I'm talking about. I think that his a very cool piece because it really captures the whole whale in water thing and it gives it that feel of the ocean because of how the photo is taken.  Another thing I really like is how the rock is all by its self and it really does a good job of drawing the viewer in too look closer at it and take a little time to look at the photo.  I'm not sure how it would work but I think it might look pretty cool if you took this same picture but on a really nice day with no clouds in the sky so the blue sky's would reflect off the water really well and give it that real ocean look. I really do like this photo because of what it brings out in me and what it reminds me of. I think that is a big part of why I chose this picture to write about.

This is my third and final tower and I really like the colors I chose and I think the blues are very cool.

This is my first tower that I did on illustrator. I really liked how it turned out and also I really understood how to use illustrator.

Metaphors

I thought this book was pretty tough to read. There were a lot of words that I didn't understand. I thought it was cool how they used examples in life and after I thought about, metaphors are used everyday in life. They are all around us if we notice them or not. I was happy to see how short the chapters were just because of how tough the reading was. I'm not the best reader as is so it took awhile for me. Besides the reading I think it was't a bad book to read.

This is my new and improved movie pster. I am  very pleased with this and I like how this poster makes you guess what the movie copuld be about. I really like like the color choices I useed I think this is a sweet poster. 

When I turned 18 I went skydiving for my birthday. I always wanted to do this and that's all I asked for on my birthday. My mom took to this place in Wisconsin called Twin City Skydiving. It was the coolest experience of my life and I can't believe that I was able to do something like this. I think everyone should do something like this in there life time snow matter how they feel about it. It felt like you were flying for a about a minute. I choose this picture because I thought it was so cool. The back ground is what makes the picture and also how the light reflex's off the plane. I really like this picture and it also makes for a sweet movie poster.

This quote is from the best  hockey player Wayne Gretzky. He always said this quote and its one of the most famous quotes  in hockey. I thought it was a perfect quote because I played hockey all my life and I have heard it every year for the last 12 years. I think its a great quote because it is so true. You can't score if you dont shoot the puck.

Likes and Dislikes

I'm not a big fan of this movie poster because i think it is kinda boring and it doesn't catch your eye at all.  I do like this movie a lot and I have seen about a dozen times. Even though I enjoy the movie I probably never would have gone to see it in theaters just based on the poster.  I also don't like the old look to it and how it is in black and white. This is the twenty first century and everything should be in color. Color also makes a poster or bring out the detail in this kind of stuff.

I think this is one of the best movie posters I have ever seen and I also love this movie.  I think this is a awsome movie poster because of how the color catches your eye and also the fact that there not human.  You wonder what is a transformer and becasue of your couriosity you have to go see it.  i think that anyone who has seen this poster would agree with me that its pertty sweet.  And I know that everyone who has seen this   movie probably loves it.

a whole new world

Traveling is one of the biggest part of my life.  I have traveled all over the world, from South America to Canada and over to Africa. This trip was one of the best trips i have ever been on.  It was absolutely crazy to see how they live there and to see what goes on in a country like this. i have never learned so much about one place in my life. When we were there we started off by going to the pyramids a Giza. No one will never know how big they are or what they actually look like until you see it for your self. Its amazing that this thing was made by men because each stione weights around 2000 pounds.  They never had cairns or power tools. It was all done with hand labor. We also went to many different things like the Cairo museum   and we also went to 15 different and famous temples. The history in this country is unbelievable and I have never learned so much in a short amount of time. My whole family went to Egypt and that mad it just that much cooler.
